Monmouth ACTS (Assisting Community Through Services) is a bold new initiative to enhance access to services for County residents. It brings together County employees from the Department of Human Services and community nonprofit leaders in a unique public-private partnership to better life in Monmouth County. Together, County government and their counterparts in the private sector are finding effective ways to meet today’s human service needs.
